Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Job data, settings, and uploaded files are stored on Supabase servers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
FairBid uses the following third party services:
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from within the app under Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers.
FairBid is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
By downloading or using FairBid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
FairBid is a professional estimating tool for tradespeople. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
FairBid Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $19.99/month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions.
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. Only one free trial is available per Apple ID.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID account settings.
FAIRBID IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TORTOISE SHELL LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ESTIMATES GENERATED WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL ESTIMATES ARE AI-GENERATED STARTING POINTS AND MUST BE REVIEWED AND VERIFIED BY THE USER BEFORE USE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TORTOISE SHELL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FAIRBID.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TORTOISE SHELL LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TORTOISE SHELL LLC IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $19.99, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tortoise Shell LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of FairBid or your violation of these terms.
FairBid generates estimates using artificial intelligence based on information you provide. These estimates are tools to assist your professional judgment — they are not professional engineering, contracting, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing all estimates, verifying their accuracy, and for all business decisions made using information from FairBid.
FairBid and its content are owned by Tortoise Shell LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
